Wei-Wei Du

Wei-Wei Du is an experienced professional in machine learning and data science, currently serving as an Applied Research Scientist at Sony since October 2023. Prior to this role, Wei-Wei worked as a Machine Learning Scientist Intern at Appier from June 2022 to November 2022, where significant achievements included the implementation of an ensemble real-time bidding model that doubled performance using insights from over 10 million e-commerce clickstream events. Wei-Wei also served as a Teaching Assistant for an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course at National Chiao Tung University, designing practical AI assignments and presenting on Explainable AI to over 100 students. Wei-Wei holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Finance and Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University and a Master's degree in Data Science and Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
