Madison Kennedy

Madison Kennedy is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People Experience Generalist at Sony Music Publishing since July 2018, where Madison implemented Global Workday for over 800 employees and collaborated with Shared Services to enhance efficiency and data integrity. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resource Coordinator at Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, where Madison led recruitment events for 245 members, and various internships in human resources at companies such as LUTZ AND CARR and Berdon LLP. Madison also contributed to brand promotion as a Brand Ambassador for Bumble, utilizing social media and innovative marketing strategies. Madison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.
