Monika Rathee

Monika Rathee is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at Sonyo Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. since May 2017, Monika has demonstrated strong leadership in recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Monika held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Techs to Suit Inc. from September 2014 to October 2016. Monika holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the National Institute of Management, having completed studies there between 2009 and 2010.
