Prarthana Upamanyu is a Senior Consultant at Sonyo Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. since May 2021, specializing in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, salary reviews, job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Prarthana was part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Lecan Solutions Private Limited from June 2019 to April 2021. Prarthana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delhi, completed in 2019, and obtained a Senior School Leaving Certificate from Assam Rifles Public School in 2016, along with a High School Leaving Certificate from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School in 2014.
