Alain van Galen

Alain van Galen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Alain began their career as a Collector at Dun & Bradstreet in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Alain then joined Discom BV, where they served as a Commercieel Medewerker from 2001 to 2005 and later as an Account Manager from 2005 to 2011.

In 2011, they moved to Weiss Technik Nederland as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales of simulation systems. Alain worked there until 2013 when they transitioned to Axces Industrial Exhaust Systems, where they were a Sales Manager. At Axces, they were involved in the design and production of industrial exhaust systems, sound attenuators, chimneys, and other steel products.

From 2020 to 2022, Alain held the position of Product & Supply Director at Cable Soolutions B.V., and later they took on the same role at Soolutions. Alain'smost recent position is as Vice President Operations at Soolutions.

Throughout their career, Alain has gained experience in sales, account management, and operations management across various industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

Alain van Galen attended Willem de Zwijger College from 1992 to 1998, where they completed their Havo degree. Alain then pursued further education at Albeda College from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Sales. In 2002, Alain studied Marketing and Sales at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences for a year.
