Alena Hantsarevich

Alena Hantsarevich is a Software Developer at SOOMLA. Alena has over seven years of experience in the tech industry, working as a Project Manager, Software Engineer, and Business Analyst.

Alena started their career as a Ruby on Rails Developer at FSS in December 2013. Alena then moved to Warecorp in November 2007, where they worked as a Business Analyst for five years. In July 2015, they joined Itexus as a Project Manager / Software Engineer. There, they were responsible for reconciling project management and software development work, establishing team communication and processes, defining project scope and backlog, holding regular sprint planning and meetings, tracking progress, releases, and demos for customers. Alena also took an active part in architecture design, feature implementation (back-end mostly), making tech decisions, and problem solving. During their time at Itexus, they managed up to three projects simultaneously.

In January 2019, Alena joined SOOMLA as a Software Developer. SOOMLA was acquired by ironSource in 2019. Prior to joining SOOMLA, Alena worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at FSS and as a Business Analyst at Warecorp.

Alena Hantsarevich has a high school diploma in computer science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Alena is currently working as a software engineer.
