Soor Fuel Marketing Company (S.A.K.) was established in 2005, with a fixed capital of thirty million Kuwaiti Dinars. It was later declared incorporated in March 2006 and listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on 30th June 2008. Soor shareholding companies are Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and Alpha Energy. It's primary activities constitute ownership, construction, operation and maintenance of fuel supplying stations and customers’ service centers at these stations. Soor products are sold under the brand name of "Alfa".
