Amy Morrison

Amy Morrison has extensive experience in various roles related to product operations, business operations, project management, customer experience, and workforce management. Amy is currently the Director of Product Operations at Soovu Labs, Inc., where they oversee the development and implementation of their patented pain relief technology. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at Brave Health, where they led a contact center team and implemented tools to improve service levels. Amy also held positions such as Senior Project Manager at TCS World Travel, Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Chrono Therapeutics, Director of Workforce Management at Optum, Director of Service Delivery at Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing), and Senior Manager of Service Delivery at Free & Clear. Amy has managed teams, implemented process improvements, and contributed to the development of various technologies in these roles.

Amy Morrison has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Western Washington University, obtained between 1994 and 1998. Amy also has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2023 and certifications in Scrum Product Ownership from Scrum Alliance in 2023.
