Milena Andreeva

Milena Andreeva has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on business partnering, talent development, and recruitment. Milena began their career as an HR Trainee at Horizons Bulgaria in 2011. Milena then worked at VIVACOM as an Appraisal and Development Specialist and later as an Internship Program Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company as a Commercial HR Supervisor and subsequently took on roles as a Commercial HR Business Partner and a Supply Chain HR Business Partner. Since 2020, Milena has been working at Sopharma Trading Jsc as a Senior HR Business Partner and is currently the Senior HR Manager, overseeing HR and Admin Teams for Bulgaria, Serbia, and Sopharmacy. Their responsibilities at Sopharma include payroll and administration, talent development, recruitment and engagement, business partnering, and facility management.

Milena Andreeva earned a Master's degree in International Business in English from the University of National and World Economy in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economy at the same university from 2007 to 2011. Milena obtained their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Informatics with English from 119 Secondary School - Sofia, Bulgaria from 2002 to 2007.
