Adrian Janiszewski

Adrian Janiszewski is an experienced bioinformatician currently holding the position of Team Lead, Bioinformatics at SOPHiA GENETICS since October 2021, having previously served as both Associate Manager and Genomic Data Scientist in the same department. Prior to this role, Adrian was a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Fellow at KU Leuven from January 2017 to September 2021, working in the Laboratory of Cellular Reprogramming and Epigenetic Regulation under Dr. Vincent Pasque. Additional experience includes internships at VIB and the Università degli Studi di Sassari, as well as an internship at the Analytical Laboratory of Kornel Gibiński Clinical Center. Adrian Janiszewski completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at KU Leuven and holds a Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the Medical University of Silesia.
