Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, managing an online store that specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019), work as a nutritionist in a private practice (February 2016 - 2019), and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school (August 2016 - August 2017).
