Emelia Shafina Mahmod

Emelia Shafina Mahmod is a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd since August 2022 and previously at ManpowerGroup from June 2018 to August 2022. Emelia began the professional journey as a Trainee Counselor Intern at IPG KAMPUS SULTAN ABDUL HALIM in early 2017, where responsibilities included providing guidance and counseling services, facilitating programs, preparing paperwork and reports, managing office schedules, and handling recruitment and marketing tasks. Emelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, earned between 2013 and 2017.
