Jean Havetz

Jean Havetz has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Directeur général adjoint at Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Sophie Lebreuilly since September 2017. In this role, Jean has also held positions such as Directeur d'exploitation Front Office, Directeur de franchise, and Responsable de secteur. Prior to this, Jean contributed to Groupe Pomona as a Commercial from September 2014 to September 2017 and managed retail operations at Ets HAVETZ as Responsable magasin de détail from July 2007 to August 2014.
