Julien NOEL has extensive experience in quality management and logistics within the food production sector. Currently serving as Directeur d'usine and Directeur qualité - logistique at Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Sophie Lebreuilly since September 2016, Julien has previously held the position of Ingénieur qualité production at Pickenpack Gelmer SAS from January 2014 to August 2016, and Responsable qualité adjoint at LA CHARLOTTE from September 2006 to January 2014. Julien NOEL holds a Master's degree in Agroalimentaire from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, earned between 2003 and 2006.
