Ingga Gloriana

Ingga Gloriana, MBA has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Ingga started their career as a Product Manager at Avon Inc, where they received an ICSA award for Avon Lipsticks and initiated the Avon Value Color project. Ingga then worked as a Product Manager at Martina Berto, leading the successful launch of their Sariayu Putih Langsat whitening series. At PT. Ristra Indolab, Ingga served as a Senior Brand Manager and successfully launched the Ristra Platinum "Shimmering Cosmetics Series." Ingga later became the Brand Manager at Make Up Store Indonesia, overseeing marketing and retail operations. As the Marketing & Sales Manager at Grolier, Ingga played a key role in shifting their sales strategy and developing marketing tools. Ingga then joined PT. Victory Cosmetindo as a GM Marketing, where they developed new brands and concepts for personal care products. Ingga also worked at SOPHIE PARIS as the Vice President Cosmetics, responsible for developing marketing strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Most recently, they served as the Marketing Director at JAFRA Cosmetics International.

Ingga Gloriana, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 1995 to 2000. Ingga also completed a short course in "2nd Annual Understanding Asian Consumer Buying Behavior" from Clariden in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Ingga Gloriana has completed a program with DDI | Development Dimensions International, obtaining a certification from there in June 2014. Ingga has also acquired certifications in Advanced Social Media Strategy Training and Certification from SO ME Academy, and in Digital Marketing Strategy from Escils. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Facebook Advertising Manager from SO ME Academy as well. The exact time frame for the additional certifications is not provided.
