In 2009, they joined Sophie's Cuban Cuisine as a General Manager and later took on the role of Director of Marketing and Technology. During their time at Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, George led IT and business process optimization, implemented digital marketing campaigns, and collaborated with various teams to enhance customer experiences.
