Bita Khoshroo

Bita Khoshroo has extensive experience in cybersecurity and network administration, currently serving as a Cyber Security Technical Support Engineer at Sophos since June 2018. In this role, Bita specializes in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues related to networking and security, while managing Sophos products such as Sophos Central and Intercept-X. Previous experience includes a position as a Network Administrator at the Social Security Organization from September 2008 to April 2016, overseeing Windows server environments and providing network support. Earlier career experience at the Social Security Organization in Iran involved application and network support, maintaining and troubleshooting extensive LAN/WAN networks. Bita holds a Master's Degree in IT System Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
