Emmanuel Osorio is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and community management, currently serving as the Technical Team Lead for Global Community Support at Sophos since July 2020. In this role, Emmanuel manages the Sophos Community platform, leading a team of moderators and ensuring exceptional user support.
