Eric Milton has a diverse work experience in the sales industry. Eric started their career in 2002 as an Inside Sales Representative at By Appointment Only, Inc., where they consistently surpassed their quota and closed a high number of appointments. In 2003, they were promoted to Senior Inside Sales Representative, where they successfully built pipelines for sales representatives at Fortune 1000 companies.

Milton then joined Sophos in 2003, where they held multiple roles including Renewal Representative, Account Executive, National Account Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, and Product Sales Specialist. In these roles, they achieved impressive sales results, such as doubling the number of customers in their territory and meeting or exceeding quotas. Eric also played leadership roles, providing support, onboarding new hires, and driving key initiatives.

In 2013, Milton briefly worked as an Account Manager at EMC before joining SHI in 2014 as a District Manager for the Rocky Mountains region. Here, they showcased their expertise in managing a district and achieved success in sales.

Eric returned to Sophos in 2017 and took on several positions, including Territory Manager & Team Lead - West and Director of Field Sales - West, before becoming the Director of Sales - US Public Sector in 2023. As a Director, Milton is responsible for leading sales efforts and driving growth in the US public sector.

Eric Milton has a BA & BS degree with a dual major in Economics and Spanish from Bridgewater State University. Eric also studied Spanish Literature, Art, and Grammar at Universidad de Granada.
