Fares Fanous

Fares Fanous is a seasoned professional in technical support and network security, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support for Americas TAM services at Sophos since February 2016. Fares has held various roles within Sophos, including Manager of Technical Support and Senior Technical Account Manager. Prior experience includes a technical support co-op position at Revolution Networks Canada and over twelve years at Zain Jordan, where Fares excelled as PMO & Governance Manager in the Technical Department and Network Operations Center Manager. Fares began a career in the telecommunications industry as an O&M Engineer/System Admin/Operations Supervisor. Fares holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Communication Engineering from the University of Kent and has furthered education at Willis College of Business Technology Healthcare.
