Hafiz Shahid is a Senior Network Security Engineer L2 at Sophos since May 2019, providing technical support for clients and focusing on customer satisfaction across Sophos Network products. Prior to this role, Hafiz worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Nova Networks and participated in Microsoft Windows Server labs at Willis College, where skills in installation, configuration, and Active Directory implementation were developed.
