Laytwan Slaughter

Laytwan Slaughter currently serves as the Americas Sales Enablement Leader and Sr Sales Enablement Manager at Sophos since July 2023. Prior to this role, Laytwan was the Head of Enablement for Customer Success at Wiz from May 2022 to July 2023. Experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise spanned from November 2016 to November 2022, where Laytwan held several titles including Sales Enablement Leader, Sales Onboarding Leader, L&D Program Manager III, Sales Development Manager for Worldwide Onboarding, and Global Account Sales Manager. Earlier roles included Regional Sales Manager at DHL from July 2015 to June 2016, and Wholesale Director at Cool Glow LLC from January 2012 to June 2015. Laytwan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from East Texas A&M University.
