Sahir Badarpura

Sahir Badarpura possesses extensive experience in network security and technical support, currently serving as a Tier 2 Network Security Analyst at Sophos since November 2021, where responsibilities include escalating critical cases from L1 engineers and collaborating with the global escalation team. Prior to this, Sahir worked at QNAP Systems from April 2017 to November 2021 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on RAID configuration, storage troubleshooting, and network diagnostics, alongside roles as Technical Support Specialist L2/L1. Additional experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Ryerson University, assisting in the instruction of routing protocols, and a Technical Support Engineer role at Prama Hikvision, where networking solutions were designed. Sahir holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Networks from Ryerson University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Rizvi College Engineering.
