Gian Carlo Cesarin has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for LynkTeam Srls. In 2014, they Co-Founded and served as COO for TapFood, where they built an end-to-end restaurant operating system, acquired 10k+ users and 300+ restaurants, and built a team of 10 people. In 2016, they Co-Founded and served as COO for Soplaya, a sustainable and efficient B2B food supply service that connects Chefs and Farmers directly. Gian Carlo also worked as a Tirocinante for innov@ctors s.r.l. in 2016.
Gian Carlo Cesarin attended the Liceo Scientifico "M. Grigoletti" Pordenone from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their Diploma di liceo scientifico in an indirizzo tecnologico. Gian Carlo then attended Università degli Studi di Udine from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria gestionale-industriale. Gian Carlo then attended Università degli Studi di Udine again from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Corso di Perfezionamento (33 CFU) in Imprenditorialità e management di Startup e progetti d'innovazione.
