Carole Henry currently serves as a Global HR Business Partner for Clients & Growth at SBS since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Red Hat as an Interim HRBP EMEA and Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, and a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for the EMEA region from July 2018 to March 2024. At NetApp, Carole held the position of Senior Recruiter for Southern EMEA and Benelux from May 2014 to June 2018, contributing to the development of innovative storage and data management solutions. Additional roles in talent acquisition and recruitment have been held at IPSEN PHARMA, SALINS DU MIDI, AURA, DERICHEBOURG SEARCH, TGR RESEARCH, and PROCADRES INTERNATIONAL.
