Christian Pfeiffer

Christian Pfeiffer serves as the CEO of Sopra Financial Technology since January 2023, focusing on strategic realignment, transformation, and growth within the Sopra Steria Group. Previously held the positions of COO and Deputy CEO, overseeing IT, R&D, Delivery, GRC, and Audit. Christian has extensive experience at Commerzbank AG from December 2009 to December 2022, where roles included MD and Principal Project Manager, MD of Cloud Foundation & DLT Services, and Director of Global Platform Engineering. Additionally, Christian was a Board Member at Fnality International from March 2021 to September 2022 and held various leadership roles at Dresdner Kleinwort and Dresdner Bank, beginning with an IT-Specialist Apprenticeship. Academic achievements include an MBA in General Management from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a Diplôme d'études supérieure techniques in Computer Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
