Manish Kumar's work experience begins in 2007 when they started working as a Senior Business Analyst at R Systems. Manish held this position until 2009 when they joined KMG Infotech as a Senior Business Analyst. After working at KMG Infotech for three years, Manish joined hCentive in 2012 as a Lead Business Analyst and stayed there until 2018. In 2018, they joined swipejobs as a Business Analyst and worked until 2020. Currently, Manish is employed at Soprano Design as a Product Owner, starting in March 2020.

Manish Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2000 to 2004. Manish then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Pondicherry University from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Manish Kumar also obtained various certifications. Manish became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in September 2022. In October 2018, they gained certification in Requirements Elicitation and Analysis from LinkedIn. Manish also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, obtained in August 2015.

Manish Kumar has also pursued several healthcare-related certifications. Manish completed the Health Insurance Advanced Studies, part B from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in December 2014, and Health Insurance Advanced Studies, part A in May 2014. Additionally, they obtained the certification for Health Insurance 101: An Orientation from AHIP in July 2013.

Furthermore, Manish Kumar has acquired first aid and emergency life support certifications. In October 2020, they completed HLTAID002 Provide basic emergency life support, HLTAID003 Provide first aid, and HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses through Australia Wide First Aid RTO: 31961.
