Michael Amaro is an experienced IT professional with a background in desktop support and helpdesk roles. Currently serving as an IT Desktop Support Engineer at Soprano Design since January 2018, Michael is responsible for providing internal support to users and addressing IT-related issues in line with service level agreements. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Desk Analyst at Dimension Data, where responsibilities involved managing service requests and incident resolution. Earlier positions include a Student Administrative Assistant at Macquarie University, Supervisor & IT Specialist for the Natural Disaster Fundraising Community, and an Apprentice Chef at Rojo Rocket. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Ourimbah Tafe.
