Chris Redmond

Chris Redmond (Chartered FCIPD) serves as the Human Resources Director at Sopra Steria Limited since May 2007, overseeing HR for the Aerospace, Defence & Security, Government & Transport, and Private Sector business sectors. With a robust background in HR leadership, Chris has held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR, leading initiatives during the merger with Steria and managing diverse teams across the UK Public Sector. Additionally, Chris contributes as a Director of the Sopra Steria Employee Trustee Company Limited since December 2021. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Consultant and Graduate Trainee at Newell & Budge Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MA Hons in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University.
