Florian Pezeron

Florian Pezeron currently serves as the Head of Group Procurement Excellence at Sopra Steria, focusing on coaching and managing teams, procurement functional excellence, digitalization, and sustainability within procurement processes. Previously, Florian was the Procurement Manager for Digital Industries at Siemens, leading a global team across multiple regions and overseeing various aspects of supply chain management, including corporate governance and supplier negotiations. Florian's early career includes roles at VINCI Construction France as an Operational Buyer and E-Procurement project manager, as well as an Assistant Buyer intern. Florian holds a Master in International Management with specialization in Information Technology and supply chain management from Rennes School of Business and has also studied International Business at Universidad del Valle de México.
