Zoe Clarke

Zoe Clarke is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition leader with a strong track record in managing large recruitment teams and delivering comprehensive recruitment services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Sopra Steria since April 2019, Zoe leads a team of 40 and oversees the recruitment of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 individuals annually for Sopra Steria, SSCL, and NHS SBS. Previous roles include HR Manager for RAPID RTC, Recruitment Manager at Charity Link, and multiple positions at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition strategies and HR functions. Zoe holds A Levels in Law, Sociology, Media Studies, and English from Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke.
