F. Mark Defreitas

F. Mark DeFreitas has a strong background in the roofing industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. F. Mark joined Siplast in 1990 as a Regional Sales Manager and remained with the company until 2012. In 2012, they joined SOPREMA USA as the Vice President and National Sales Manager, a position they held until January 2021. From January 2021 onwards, they assumed the role of Vice President of National and Strategic Accounts at SOPREMA USA. Additionally, they are actively involved in industry organizations such as the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and ARMA, where they serve on various committees related to diversity and inclusion, as well as the CMEC committee.

F. Mark DeFreitas completed their high school education at Fatima College-Trinidad from 1977 to 1983. F. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management at Xavier University from 1983 to 1987. Prior to these educational experiences, they attended Larkswood Elementary School in Chingford, England, but no specific dates or degrees were provided for this stage of their education.
