Roy Cruz

Roy Cruz has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Roy began their career in 1987 as a Systems Engineer and Customer Advocate at AT&T. In 1998, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst. In 2011, they started their own business, R & R Cruz Ltd. In 2012, they returned to Alcatel-Lucent as a Project Manager, providing leadership and management of the Operations Support Team to retro-fit over 14000 Cells Sites. In 2016, they joined SOPRIS Technologies, Inc. as a member of the Software Delivery Team.

Roy Cruz attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2007, they returned to the University of Illinois Chicago to pursue a Project Management certification.
