Pauline Olland

Pauline Olland is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations. Currently serving as Chargée de Missions RH at SOPROFEN since September 2019, Pauline manages the HR functions for a workforce of 650 across multiple production sites in France and Belgium. Previously, Pauline held roles at SUP INTERIM and MANAGING, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, client relations, and managing employment safeguard plans. Early career experience at Lidl France focused on project management for a nationwide training initiative. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Social Relations from IESA Strasbourg.
