Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SOR Controls Group since March 2000, Janet oversees all HR functions and is a key member of the executive management team. Prior to this role, Janet was Director of Human Resources at BFGoodrich Aerospace from April 1995 to February 2000 and developed the HR department for The Personal Marketing Company from August 1988 to April 1995. Educationally, Janet holds a Bachelor of General Science degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Kansas.
