Sophia Wajnert

Sophia Wajnert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sophia served as the Co-Founder and Chief People Officer at Sora Union, a professional services company focused on design, localization, and QA projects. Prior to that, Sophia held various leadership positions at Credit Suisse, including Managing Director roles in Global Investment Bank Culture Strategy, Head of Credit Suisse Raleigh, Head of Human Resources for Global Markets, Global Head of Equities Human Resources, and Americas Head of Fixed Income Human Resources. Sophia also worked at Deutsche Bank, where they were Vice President in Global Mkts Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Advisor. Throughout their career, Sophia has demonstrated expertise in talent management, culture strategy, diversity and inclusion, community outreach, and global human resources.
