Lauren Olds

Lauren Olds is currently the Customer Success Manager at Sora. Prior to their current position, Lauren was the Manager of Customer Success at Postscript from August 2021 to May 2022. Lauren has also held the position of Director of Customer Success & Support at GoSite from July 2020 to August 2021 and the position of Customer Success Manager II at Wrike from April 2018 to July 2020. Lauren's experience also includes working as a Customer Success/Project Manager at Fireside from July 2015 to April 2018 and as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Chic Communications from May 2014 to August 2014.

Lauren Olds first attended Clemson University where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Lauren then went on to Kent Island High School to further their education.
