Scott West

Scott West is the VP of LED Packaging at Soraa. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the lighting industry and has held various leadership positions at some of the top companies in the space. Prior to joining Soraa, Scott was the VP and GM of Lighting Solutions at Intematix, where they led the development of next-generation high power LED packaging. Before that, they were the VP of Product Development at Bridgelux, Inc., where they oversaw the development of the next generation of high power LED packaging. Scott started their career at Philips Lumileds, where they spent 8 years in product development. Scott then joined Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors, where they spent 6 years as the Advanced Engineering Manager. Scott has a proven track record of success in developing innovative lighting solutions and driving growth for their companies.

Scott West attended Queen's University, where they earned their bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

Scott West reports to Jeff Parker, Chairman. They are on a team with Michael Craven - VP, Engineering, Sudhir Chopra - VP, Operations, and Niall MacGearailt - VP, Finance.
