Wenkan Jiang

Wenkan Jiang is a seasoned materials physicist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Materials Physicist at Soraa since 2011, focusing on ammonothermal growth and characterization of GaN single crystals. Prior to this role, Wenkan held the position of Graduate Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2006 to August 2011, where research concentrated on the resistance switching and memristive phenomena in metal/oxide/metal structures, contributing to advancements in resistive random access memory technology. Educational credentials include a PhD in Material Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
