Ken Tamagawa

Ken Tamagawa is the CEO and co-founder of Soracom Inc., an IoT connectivity solutions provider since March 2015, empowering over 20,000 IoT projects globally. Prior to this, Ken held several significant roles at Amazon Web Services from September 2010 to March 2015, including Senior Manager for Solution Architecture, Training, and Professional Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading technical teams and driving successful implementation projects. Ken's earlier career includes managerial and evangelist positions at IBM, focusing on technical sales and project management, as well as a project management role at Carnegie Mellon University. Ken holds dual master's degrees in Software Engineering and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, along with degrees in Mechano-Informatics and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
