Egle Venskuniene

Egle Venskuniene has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Egle is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Sorainen since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Danske Bank from June 2020 to May 2023, holding positions such as SVP, Head of Transformation Centre of Excellence, SVP, Head of Project Management, and Chief of Staff at Danske Group IT Lithuania.

Before joining Danske Bank, Egle was with Barclaycard from 2011 to 2020, where they served as the Regional Head Barclaycard Lithuania and Programme Manager. Egle was responsible for leading change and operational teams, executing projects, building high-performing teams, and developing talents.

Additionally, they had a role as a Maternity Leave cover and Head of Programmes and Project Management at Barclaycard from 2011 to 2014. Before joining Barclaycard, Egle worked as an Infrastructure Project Manager at Barclays Bank from 2010 to 2011. Egle'sresponsibilities included E2E project management and successful delivery of various projects in multiple countries.

Egle Venskuniene has a diverse education history. Egle earned their MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Management Information Systems at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2005 to 2007. In 2005, Egle also received a Certificate in Business Analysis and Valuation, E-Commerce Strategies from Harvard University. Egle'sundergraduate degree, a BA in Business Management and Administration, MIS, was obtained from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Egle Venskuniene has obtained several certifications. Egle is a Certified ScrumMaster accredited by the Scrum Alliance in 2012 and holds the PMP certification from PMI Lithuania Chapter in 2011. Furthermore, they have a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
