Karin Madisson

Karin Madisson has been a partner at Sorainen since 1996, where they have developed expertise in corporate law, employment law, and mergers and acquisitions. Co-heading the Employment, Corporate, and M&A team in the Estonian office, Karin has played a pivotal role in shaping the corporate landscape in Estonia and the Baltics. They have served as chair of the Commercial Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association and contributed to various governmental committees aimed at enhancing Estonia's business environment. Karin holds multiple degrees, including an LLM in European and International Law and a master's degree in European Studies.
