Or Netter has held a variety of roles in the past fifteen years. In 2006, they were a Shift Manager at איתורן, where they acted to prevent vehicle theft, working closely with the military and police officials. In 2007, they were a Radio Broadcaster and Editor of the Radio Programs at Radio Kol America - "Voice of America". From 2011 to 2015, they were the Suppliers Portfolio Manager at wallashops. From 2015 to 2020, they were a QA Specialist at BOLT Solutions Inc., where they worked to bridge the gap between traditional GI insurance distribution models and the digital age. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at ZoomInfo, and is currently a Senior QA Engineer at Sorbet.

Or Netter began their education in 2006 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Rabin High School in Kfar-Saba. Or then attended College of Management Academic Studies from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a BA Degree in Communications and Management. In 2014, they enrolled in the HackerU Academy and obtained an Engineer's Degree in QA Course. Finally, in 2015, they graduated from HackerU with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
