Vilmantė Kmeliauskienė

Vilmantė Kmeliauskienė has a work experience spanning over two decades. Vilmantė started their career as an HR Specialist at UAB Trojina in 1999. After working there for three years, they moved on to UAB Tetraneta, an IT company, where they served as an HR Manager from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they took on the role of Head of HR Department for Baltic States at UAB Mineraliniai vandenys, a position they held for nearly 14 years. Currently, they are working as the Head of HR Department at Sorbum Group since 2018.

Vilmantė Kmeliauskienė completed their Master of Business Psychology degree with a specialization in the psychology of organization at Vilniaus Universitetas from 1994 to 2000.
