Isay Castillo-Tan

Isay Castillo-Tan is an accomplished instructional designer with a diverse background in educational development and organizational training. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Sorcero since January 2019, Isay also co-founded KnowdalXponents, focusing on data analytics and innovative learning solutions to drive exponential growth since January 2017. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager at E-learn2grow, an Instructional Designer at Pragmatic Education Group, and various positions in organizational development and training at HDI Resource, Inc., Transcom, and VXI Global Holdings. Isay holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trinity University of Asia, completed in 2010.
