Juan Pablo Ugarte has had a varied and extensive work experience. Juan Pablo began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Latinux Sistemas. In 2014, they were a Senior Software Developer at onTime Software Solutions Inc. In 2016, they were a Senior Software Developer at Endless, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they were an Integrations Engineer at Sorcero.

Juan Pablo Ugarte attended Instituto Politécnico Superior - UNR from 2000 to 2003, where they earned an Analista Universitario en Sistemas degree. Juan Pablo also attended Universidad Nacional de Rosario, but did not earn a degree.
