Jorge Gerin

Jorge Gerin is a highly experienced professional in urban design and strategic business development, currently serving as Managing Director at Sordo Madaleno since January 2018, overseeing the firm's operations and international expansion. Prior to this role, Jorge led the establishment of the London office and refined organizational processes as Director of Business Development. As Urban Design Director, Jorge built and managed the Urban Design department, launching a multidisciplinary Landscape department. Experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Zeigo Global, focusing on Latin American energy markets, and a Strategic Development Specialist role at PROCDMX, where urban regeneration proposals were developed. Jorge’s earlier roles at AECOM and ZEDfactory involved urban design strategies and sustainable projects. Educational credentials include an MSc in Sustainable Urbanism from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and a Diploma in Real Estate Development from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
