Jeff Birchell

Jeff Birchell has extensive experience in the field of information systems and communications, currently serving as the Management Information Systems Manager at NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing, Inc. since July 2003, while also fulfilling the role of Trainer/Installer for Sorenson Communications since December 2006. Prior to these positions, Jeff worked as a Systems Administrator at Communication Services for the Deaf from July 2000 to July 2003. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, and has also pursued further education at the University of Phoenix. Jeff completed high school at Tahoe Truckee High School and Concord High School, obtaining a High School Diploma.
