Espen Jarle Hansen

Espen Jarle Hansen is the current Director of Prehospital Services at Sørlandet sykehus. Espen has also served as the Administrasjonssjef/ Avdelingsdirektør at Agder politidistrikt and the Personalsjef at Sørlandet Sykehus HF. In their current position, they are responsible for virksomhetsstyring, økonomi, organisasjonsutvikling, HR, IKT og sikkerhet. Espen reports to the Politimesteren i Agder and is a member of the distriktets toppledergruppe. As the Personalsjef at Sørlandet Sykehus HF, they were responsible for HMS, HR og organisasjonsutvikling and was the forhandlingsleder for the organization.

Espen Jarle Hansen has a Bachelor's degree from Politihøgskolen, a Grunnfag og mellomfag i pedagogikk from University of Oslo (UiO), and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Agder (UiA). Espen is also a Field: Helsetjenestens nasjonale topplederprogram; Strategisk ledelse og organisering from BI Norwegian Business School.

Espen Jarle Hansen reports to Nina Mevold, CEO. They work with Geir Rørbakken - Director of Somatics Arendal, Vegard Øksendal Haaland - Director of the Clinic for Mental Health, and Øystein Evjen Olsen - Director of Somatics Flekkefjord.
