Marianne Hammersmark

Marianne Hammersmark has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Acting Head of HR Development and Chief Negotiator at Sørlandet sykehus HF since May 2017, after holding the role of Advisor. Prior experience includes HR Adviser/Special Consultant II HR and Førstekonsulent at Sykehjemsetaten, Oslo kommune from August 2010 to April 2017. Marianne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oslo and Akershus University College (2007-2010) and has pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School in 2013-2014 and 2021. Additionally, Marianne completed an Årsstudium in Communication at the University of Agder (2005-2006).
